The 'Chippiis' story

We come from a family of farmers in Jalgaon, India, which is often called as 'Banana City of India'.

Here in our ancestoral farms we have been cultivating bananas for generations—my father, and his father before him, have all nurtured this land with care and dedication. Growing up amidst banana farms, we always knew about the natural health benefits of raw bananas.

Over time, we noticed a growing trend: people are consuming more and more fried snacks that are often full of starch and unhealthy additives. We realized there was an opportunity to combine our family’s heritage with a modern need—a high-quality, delicious, and healthier snack.

This inspired us to start a small 'Banana Chips' business in India which is dedicated to turning premium raw bananas into crispy, flavorful chips.

Now, looking at the snack market in Finland, we strongly feel this kind of wholesome, tasty snack is completely missing here.

Hence with "Chippiis", we aim to introduce a snack that is not only crunchy and satisfying but also rooted in tradition, quality, and care.
